If you purchase one or more service (s) from us you will get from request to fill and submit it after that our team will contact you.

The following terms are applicable for any service or product that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Terms and Conditions:

• Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to SmarterVision.
• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service / Product refers to the Source code developed by Us or Installation / Customization Service.
• Website refers to SmarterVision, accessible from https://smartersvision.com
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Delivery

Installation Service

• Before submitting our checkout forms, should accept the following line, the terms, and conditions
• Make sure you have submitted all the data correctly, any change or update (ex. logo, color, app name, translation…) will cost you the amount of 99$
• The duration of the installation starts when we receive all the correct info about your apps.
• If we don’t get any feedback about your apps or admin panel when we complete the installation process within two business days, your installation will mark as confirmed. We will upload your apps on google play after that we can’t update or fix any issue related to the installation process.
• We will install the last version when you submit this form, our service doesn’t include any upgrade to the new release when we installing the project for you.
• We neglect all information given outside our support system (Skype message, email, Envato comment, or any other way of communication).

Applications Licenses

• Before submitting this form, should accept the following line, the terms, and conditions
• Make sure you have submitted all the data correctly such as your GitHub email and PayPal email addresses, any change or update (ex. logo, color, app name, translation…) will cost you an amount of 99$
• Payment verification can take a couple of hours. please be patient until you get a GitHub repositories invitations
• The duration of the installation starts when we receive all the correct info about your apps.
• We will install the last version when you submit this form, our service doesn’t include any upgrade to the new release when we installing the project for you.
• We will deliver to you the last release, so if you find any issue you can report it on our support or GitHub
• If we don’t get any feedback about your apps or admin panel when we complete the installation process within two business days, your installation will mark as confirmed. We will upload your apps on google play after that we can’t update or fix any issue related to the installation process.
• We neglect all information given outside our Customer Mobile App Github Repository, Admin Panel Github Repository, or Provider Mobile App Github Repository.
